Hugo Janeiro enjoyed exciting ‘After work’ fishing sessions on the lake. He decided to try something new using seeds such as corn and beans, as well as sweet vanilla boilies. For 3 days, Hugo spent 3 days baiting in stall no. 3 and, at the end of his working day, he would fish for 10 hours at a time.
In his first fishing session, Hugo managed to catch 4 carp, 3 of which were caught in just one hour. The weights of the catches were 6 kg common, 8 kg common, 10.3 kg royal and 12.1 kg common. He used corn on two occasions, a bean and a vanilla boilie on the remaining one.
In his second session, Hugo caught an 11.2 kg carp using corn as bait. Noticing the activity on the bait, he decided to try another bait to evaluate the reaction of the fish. So, on Wednesday afternoon, he used Squid & Octopus and Monster Crab boilies from Dynamite Baits, resulting in an impressive 18.5kg common carp caught on the Squid & Octopus boilie.
It was an extremely productive week, where the seeds proved their great potential to attract fish.
